Herbal Baths for Spiritual Fortitude
In times of increasing confusion and chaos, it is essential to deepen our self care practices for nourishment and protection. This session explores working with spiritual baths as a way to deepen our connection with plants and keep our heads protected and clear. Dani will guide us through the basics of spiritual baths as a self care, ancestral veneration, and spiritual hygiene practice. The session will cover the principles and process of working with spiritual baths, a range of traditional plants to work with, ritualizing the practice in alignment with the earth and body's cycles, as well as the physical, spiritual, and emotional benefits of this ancestral technology.
